Accompanied by the spring warmness, gas drainage project at Huangbaici Coal Mine of Wuhai Energy Limited of Shenhua Group, undertaken by CAMDA, enjoyed its smooth kick-off on Mar.22, 2010.
The smooth start-up of this project has been involved in the pains-taking efforts of engineers and technicians both from home and abroad based on the detailed investigation and research prior to the project. It is a product of positive teamwork and close collaboration among the project management team, the project employer and Australian companies etc. This project will surely play a positive and far-reaching role in comprehensive gas management and achieving the goal of fundamental safety at Huangbaici Coal Mine.
Huangbaici Coal Mine lies in the middle of Wuda Mining Area in Wuda District of Wuhai City. The mine boasts designed capacity of 1.2 million tons per year and ratified productive capacity reached 1.7 million tons per year in 2006.
