Led by Jian Lin, vice general manager of CAMDA, majority of the company staff has taken part in the training program about Learning from People's Liberation Army to Form A Strong Team of An Enterprise organized by Jucheng Training Company in Beijing on Jan 30th and Jan 31st 2010.
The training is quite beneficial to all the staff of the company in the matter of how to become the most needed person of the company, what quality the person should possess during work and how to generate working objective. Meanwhile, hopefully the company will continue to organize such valuable, meaningful training activities in order to improve individual quality and team work capacity.
