On 4th July 2009, Zhou Zongbo, the General Manager led all the company staff to participate a training named "Success Starts from Being An Excellent Employee" held by Jucheng Training Institution.
The training had illumined all the staff. Under the lecturer Yu Dacheng's instruction and edification all the company staff gradually found their way of thinking and had a better understanding on their way to succeed concerning how to be an excellent employee, What to do and how to think in work.
After the training, Joe organized the staff to air their own views about the training and all the staff proposed their ideas freely, which had made a good combination of training, absorption as well as understanding.
