Rujigou gas drainage contract signing ceremony between NCG and CAMDA is held at the NCG¡¯s sixth-floor meeting room on April 9th, 2008. Attendees of the ceremony were vice general manager Liu Jinji, consultant Zhang Yongjiu, chief engineer Cuihongming and vice chief engineer Li Yumin from NCG, chairman Zhou Zongbo and vice general manager Peng Yong from CAMDA and financial supervisor Zengyun and senior driller Andy from Valley Longwall Mining Drilling.
While giving a speech, leaders from both parties thought highly of the gas drainage in Baijigou Project and expressed stronger confidence and more hope for the success of Rujigou gas drainage project. Leaders from NCG emphasized that they will strengthen cooperation and coordination to create more pleasant atmosphere for the project. Chairman Zhou from CAMDA promised that CAMDA would do their best to solve gas drainage difficulties in Rujiugou Coal Mine.
Rujiugou Coal Mine has a capacity of 1.5 MTPA (million tons per year). Being a coal mine with high gas level, Rujigou Coal Mine is dying for advanced gas drainage technology worldwide to ensure a more efficient and safe coal excavating.
